Windsor is seeking a part-time (15+ hrs a week) Administrative Assistant who will provide essential support in office management and human resources tasks. This role involves office administration, equipment support, maintenance of employee files and records, and other employee lifecycle support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with a high level of discretion and share Windsor’s core values.
OVERVIEW OF POSITION
Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Reporting to: Admin Manager
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role, preferably with a focus on HR functions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Motivated to learn new technical skills through self-study and mentoring.

Team player who functions well in a supporting role, collaborates, listens, takes direction, and retains information provided.
What you'll do:

Office Administration Support
-
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and organized.

Coordinate with IT and others to manage workstation spaces, building access cards, and parking passes.

Liaison with the cleaning crew to ensure office cleanliness and presentability.

HR Support
-
Create and maintain up-to-date employee files with confidentiality.

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including workspace setup and company property management.

Assist HR with benefits administration, recruitment tasks, and maintaining the Org Chart.

General Admin Support

Attend admin meetings, manage calls and emails, and distribute mail.

Support event planning and employee recognitions.

Assist various departments with PowerPoint presentations and meeting agendas.

Collaboration and Communication

Coordinate projects with team members and provide support.

Communicate clearly and coordinate with team members and external parties, both verbally and in writing.

Display and uphold company values consistently.

Represent the company positively and build strong relationships.

Manage multiple assignments and deadlines efficiently, collaborating with supervisors as needed.
Comp Range
$20-28/hr
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands.

Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
