OVERVIEW OF POSITION

Position Title: Civil Engineer – Stormwater
Reporting to: Infrastructure Group Manager
Location:  Vancouver, WA | Minneapolis, MN or Duluth, MN (hybrid)

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

•  Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a similar degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience

•  4+ Years of experience in GIS, Civil3D modeling and drafting

•  4+ Years of Stormwater modeling experience ( HydroCAD or similar)

•  Ability to prepare, read, and understand technical documents

•  Stormwater and/or Water resource planning experience beneficial

•  Strong understanding of Stormwater permitting in MN, WA and/or OR

•  Knowledge of basic MS Office skills including Word and Excel

•  Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A valid driver’s license and your own transportation
   

​ WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Demonstrate Windsor’s core values: The Right Attitude, Ownership, and Constant Improvement.

• Assist our Project Engineers with a wide variety of Stormwater and Land Development projects.

• Perform engineering project design, drafting, and plan set production from verbal direction, sketches, and field data, under direct supervision of an engineer or senior technician.

• Basic design computations, preliminary layout and design drawings, researching and preparing rough drafts of preliminary reports and feasibility studies.

• Assist with project plans and specifications, preparing cost and quantity take-off estimates.

• Write technical reports for both public municipal projects and land development.

• Assist with planning and permitting documents for municipalities in multiple states.

• Bring an enthusiastic approach to your work daily, with a willingness to see challenges as opportunities. Complete site visits as needed.

SALARY RANGE:

$90,000 to $110,000
