The project, located in Lacey, WA, consisted of a four-story wood-framed market rate apartment building. The project included a large outdoor courtyard space with an outdoor BBQ and an adjacent taproom with outdoor patio. In addition, the building included multiple amenity areas for tenant use. Windsor provided Design-Assist engineering services for the project in preparation for the design-build contractors.
