Net Zero and Passive House single-family house situated on the North Shore of Lake Superior. The narrow pocket available for the building footprint and for active and passive solar access with integrated PV drove this very compact 4 story house design and the client wanted the vertical nest-like experience. It is on track for ph certification(PHI) and zero energy (ILFI).
