Windsor is looking for a Part Time (15-20 hrs/week) IT Support Technician that is a positive team member who takes ownership for their work, exhibits the right attitude, and has a desire for constant improvement. The IT Technician position will be a foundational position in the IT group, supporting our systems and our most valued resource- our people. The right candidate will share Windsor’s core values, have relevant IT Support experience, and be fired up about delivering a World-Class Employee Experience. 

OVERVIEW OF POSITION

Position Title: IT Support Technician

Reporting to: IT Manager

Location:  Ridgefield, WA

What you'll bring:

  • Must be team orientated, have a strong service orientation, and possess strong oral and written communication skills. 

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively while working in a potentially fast-paced demanding environment. 

  • Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills. 

  • Experience supporting 365 Office and Teams.  

  • Knowledge/ Support of SharePoint online preferred.  

  • Experience supporting users in a remote\help desk environment preferred. 
     

What you'll do:

  • Demonstrate Windsor’s Core Values: The Right Attitude, Ownership, Constant Improvement 

  • Respond to all incoming support tickets and emails, making sure to log them into the support software for tracking. 

  • Troubleshooting of incidents and problems. 

  • Identifying and documenting problem solution(s). 

  • Perform Microsoft 365 admin tasks as assigned, such as creating, modifying, or deactivating user accounts. 

  • Provide reliable and timely support for Windows desktops and laptops with Microsoft Office Products 

  • Set up new hardware and software as necessary for new and existing users. 

  • Support, maintain, troubleshoot printers, networking, and other peripheral equipment as required. 

  • Provide outstanding customer service and a positive support experience by interfacing directly with clients on issues, communicating in a clear, concise manner. 

  • Follow established processes and standards and identify, propose, and potentially create improvements, as necessary and approved. 

  • Assist in developing technical documentation to improve training and service delivery. 

  • Other duties as assigned to support a World Class Employee Experience. 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 

  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. 

  • May be required to work on-call or long hours in case of network malfunction.
