Windsor is looking for an energetic Senior Electrical Engineer that is a positive team member who takes ownership for their work, exhibits the right attitude, and has a desire for constant improvement. The Senior Electrical Engineer position in either one of the Minnesota offices will be a foundational position in the MEP group. The right candidate will share Windsor’s core values, have relevant MEP consulting, and project management experience, and be fired up about delivering a World-Class Client Experience.

OVERVIEW OF POSITION
Position Title: Senior Electrical Engineer/Project Manager

Reporting To: Electrical Group Manager

Location: Minneapolis, MN or Duluth, MN

 

What you'll bring:

• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in MN, OR and/or WA

• 8+ experience in the MEP design industry 

• Bachelor of Science- Electrical Engineering Degree 

• Strong written and verbal communications skills 

• Proficiency in advanced electrical engineering calculations  

• Proficiency in standard industry software: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Civil3D, and/or Revit, Bluebeam  

• Strong written and verbal communications skills 

 

What you'll do:

• Demonstrate Windsor’s Core Values: The Right Attitude, Ownership, Constant Improvement

• Manage projects (As “Lead” and/or “PM” when assigned)

• Responsible for project delivery (scope, schedule, and budget)

• Act as Engineer of Record

• Work closely with clients and other stakeholders to represent Windsor positively and grow strong long -term relationships

• Develop and maintain relationships with team members and those we collaborate with outside of the company (including clients)

• Effectively communicate design options to a diverse stakeholder groups

• Assist with estimating and proposal efforts for new project opportunities

• Effectively plan for and manage multiple projects and deadlines and complete deliverables on time and on budget

• Mentor and train junior team members

• Responsible for quality and following Windsor’s Quality Management Plan (QMP)

• Knowledge of engineering systems, codes, and other disciplines

• Coordinate with other disciplines (Mechanical, Plumbing, Architectural, Structural, ect.)

• Complete site visits

SALARY RANGE 

$100,000 to $160,000 annually
