Windsor Engineers is looking for a leader with a natural affinity toward ownership and mentorship. You love to share what we do with potential clients because you’re excited about possibilities for them.

You think strategically and somewhat out-of-the-box. You’ll work both remotely and in-person out of one of our offices in WA or MN. You’ll be expected to travel to worksites 2-3 times a year.

OVERVIEW OF POSITION

Position Title: Water + Wastewater Engineer/Project Manager
Reporting to: Infrastructure Group Manager
Locations: Vancouver, WA, Seattle/Tacoma, WA, Tri-Cities, WA, Duluth, MN, Minneapolis, MN

What you'll do:

• Operations

  • Develop scopes and budget for opportunities/projects​

  • Manage water + wastewater projects

  • Mentor Junior staff​

• Sales + Marketing

  • ​Work closely with the Infrastructure Sales Lead and the Infrastructure Practice Group Manager

  • ​Engage in the development of strategies and goals for the Windsor Infrstratucre practice

  • Sell water + wastewater services

  • Sell land development

What you'll bring:

• Professional Engineer

• Licensed or ability to get licensed in WA, OR, and MN development engineering services

• Experience providing municipal-water and wastewater services in WA, OR, and/or MN

• Existing relationships with clients, peer firms, vendors, etc.

• Able to function in Operations and in Marketing and Sales
