HOOD RIVER INDUSTRIAL PRETREATMENT PGM DEV.

Windsor Engineers led the development of a new Industrial Pretreatment Program for the City of Hood River. The project included Jacobs as a subconsultant. The City has four Significant Industrial Users. Work was completed in 2021-2022 and included a Sewer Use Ordinance, Fats Oils & Grease Program, Surcharge Study, Local Limits Study, and Implementation Plan.
