Windsor Engineers was contracted to assist a development team with stormwater engineering for a project in Ridgefield, Washington that will initially serve three owners while also creating five additional lots for industrial development. Windsor had a design role for the access road serving the five northern lots. The design included a new road and shared utilities. The design is being made to be consistent with the overall area stormwater concepts so the new lots can be served by the stormwater detention and conveyance system. In addition, Windsor was contracted to provide peer review services and general consulting associated with the civil design which includes lot layouts, stormwater engineering, and other civil components.
