Windsor Engineers developed an MEP assessment for the Aveda Institute. This historical building is very unique, consisting of classrooms, salon, auditorium runway, and massage training. The main purpose of the assessment is to help the owner understand what equipment will need to be replaced within the next ten years and identify if a larger investment is needed to modify the systems.
