Windsor Engineers is working with Clark | Barnes Architecture, Nelson Legacy Group, and Trammell Crow Residential on the design of a large multifamily development in Redmond, WA. This is the first new building in the Nelson master plan. The master plan consists of the redevelopment of 22 acres in the northeast corner of downtown. This project consists of 251 living units, a raised courtyard, retail/commercial space, and three levels of parking garage. Windsor’s scope includes full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, energy modeling and low voltage design from concept to construction documents.
