The first phase of The Vantage, a mixed-use development located on a combined parcel in Vancouver, Washington, is intended to set a high standard for community centric solutions and creative design. The project scope consists of 5 new construction buildings including three retail shells, one coffee kiosk, and one office, parking areas, full landscaping, and site amenities such as loading areas, trash and recycling areas. Retail buildings will be designed as shell-only and include structural overhangs on all sides with interior-exterior access to individual patios to the north of each building. Storefront glazing to the east and west provide street and parking views to the interior and allow for ample light within the space. Due to its location at the bottom of a hill, all retail buildings must contain clean roof lines, free of any mechanical systems to maintain pleasant site lines. Future tenants considered include commercial kitchen restaurants, fitness studios including hot yoga, and traditional retail. Building 2 office building is two-stories with surface level parking.
