Windsor performed full-service mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design, along with site utilities coordination, for permitting and construction of a new 20,000 SF building including a 10,000 SF storage and fabrication shop and a 10,000 SF two-story office space. Other tasks included programming design advice, energy code compliance recommendations, and life-cycle cost analysis for mechanical systems. The offices were served by a Variable Refrigerant Flow system and Energy Recovery Ventilators. Windsor’s scope of services also included full lighting design, telecom design, and radiant floor heating design. Windsor helped Trademark Plumbing achieve their goal of an attractive, comfortable, and sustainable building for long term use.
