Windsor Engineers worked with Strouse Davis Architecture and Trammell Crow Residential on the design of this large multi-family development in Lynnwood, WA, just south of the Alderwood Mall. The project consists of 383 units across four buildings. Buildings 1 and 2 are five-stories each and Buildings 3 and 4 are three-stories each. Amenities include a pool, large fitness area, and clubhouse space on the fifth floor of Building 1 with views of the mall and
surrounding areas. Windsor’s scope includes full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design from concept to construction documents.
