GRAND PRAIRIE SUBDIVISION

Windsor Engineers provided planning and design services associated with Phases IV and V of the Grand Prairie Estates 202 unit subdivision in Winlock, Washington. The design work included grading and drainage design, stormwater catch basins, conveyance piping, and connecting into existing stormwater treatment facilities. The project also included coordination with the City of Winlock, their contract engineer, the Washington Department of Transportation and design of streets, water, street lighting, traffic analysis and sanitary sewer.
