NORTH CASCADE CANCER CENTER

Windsor Engineers worked with Smith Architecture Inc. and Weller Construction on the design of a new Medical Office Building (MOB) that will be used primarily for treatment of cancer patients. The project utilized the core/shell delivery method successfully, granting the client a building permit and construction start date much sooner than traditionally. Windsor was also retained to complete the design of the interior buildout. The project includes complex medical equipment such as Linear Accelerators and CT Scan machines. Windsor designed a large 480V electrical service to handle the electrical loads in the facility and an efficient VRF/DOAS system for heating, cooling, and ventilation.
