LYNNWOOD FIELDSTONE ASSISTED LIVING

Windsor is providing full MEP design and construction services for a new 131-unit senior Assisted Living and Memory Care facility. The building is five levels of type V construction and includes two levels of underground parking garage. The facility will incorporate extensive amenity spaces, such as multiple kitchens and dining areas and multiple recreational spaces. The building complies with WA State assisted living licensing requirements.
