RIVER BEND APARTMENTS

Windsor partnered with AWH Architects and Schuett Properties to renovate this 100-unit building that provides affordable housing to Otter Tail County. The design featured a new high efficiency boiler plant, a new high efficiency ventilation unit to provide fresh air to the corridors, replacement of plumbing fixtures, LED light fixtures, and added cooling to staff areas. This project met the Enterprise Green Communities criteria.
