ST LOUIS COUNTY DEPOT CANOPY

At the historic Union Depot, Windsor Engineers provided design and permitting support for a new drive lane and passenger dropoff under the existing canopy. The project intended to replace the sidewalk and entry and meet accessibility codes. Modifications to the stormwater system were also proposed to eliminate a problematic pumped footing drain discharge. The historical preservation and restoration was an interesting aspect of the project that preserves the nature of the iconic building and brings back functionality to this tourist attraction.
