THE CRESCENT

RJ Group needed full MEP design for a new residential development in Bellingham, WA. The goal was to deliver a modern, code-compliant, and energy-efficient building that serves the growing demand for multifamily housing in the area.

Windsor Engineers designed the complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for The Crescent, a five-story, 114-unit apartment building. Our scope included power distribution, HVAC systems, domestic water, sanitary drainage, and comprehensive lighting and control systems.

The building spans approximately 100,000 square feet, with rooftop mechanical systems, a fitness center, elevator pressurization fans, and integrated life safety infrastructure. The project also included emergency power, access control, and communications systems designed to Washington State Energy Code standards.
The Crescent was completed in collaboration with Zervas Architects (architecture) and Exxel Pacific (construction).
