Windsor provided full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design services for the 118,000 SF, 150-unit facility that will be marketed towards seniors. The project has amenities including a large exterior courtyard, spa, and common kitchen for residents. Sustainability features includes an Evergreen Sustainable Development Standard (ESDS) goal incorporating low-flow plumbing fixtures, all LED lighting, and solar photovoltaic system.

RESERVE AT ARLINGTON

Windsor Engineers was contracted to assist a development team with stormwater engineering for a project in Ridgefield, Washington that will serve multiple owners for an industrial development. Windsor was contracted to provide peer review services and general consulting associated with the civil design which includes lot layouts, stormwater engineering, and other civil components.

ENERGY LAND SHORT PLAT STORMWATER REVIEW

The Farmstead Woodinville project is part of a larger master development located in a growing wine tasting area. The project consists of three multi-family buildings ranging from four to five stories over two floors of underground parking. There is a total of 220 dwelling units averaging 900 SF, an amenity area, and retail space.

FARMSTEAD WOODINVILLE

This development project consisted of five multi-tenant buildings in a new commercial and industrial park in Ridgefield, Washington. Windsor provided a range of services for the project, including master planning, stormwater engineering, road design, site grading and utilities, and general consulting services. The full site development included grading, paving, a new private road, and public frontage improvements. Windsor’s new office building was constructed on one of the building pads, for which Windsor self-performed the civil and MEP engineering.

TRI MOUNTAIN INDUSTRIAL PARK + ACCESS ROAD

Windsor provided full MEP design and construction services for a new 50-unit senior Assisted Living facility plus major renovation of an existing historic amenity building. This project is phase two of a multi-building senior living community located on Bainbridge Island which merges new and historic structures to form a cohesive campus. Several buildings on campus were reconfigured to share common infrastructure, such as a new standby generator and communications services.

FIELDSTONE ASSISTED LIVING - PHASE 2

Windsor Engineers provided civil design services for a single family home on a challenging site. Work included coordination with home designer, 4-8' high retaining walls, grading, stormwater, erosion control, water, and sewer.

ELWOOD KELSO VISTA WAY

Windsor navigated the intricate interior design and shell structure deficiencies to provide full MEP for this large and aesthetically pleasing restaurant. This project, located in East Lansing, MI, was designed in partnership with 2Mission Design and Development and in collaboration with Bialosky Architects. Jolly Pumpkin’s philosophy focuses on a dedication to conservation, inspiration, and locally sustainable practices. This project exemplifies all three.

JOLLY PUMPKIN

Fruit Valley Commons is an extensive renovation of a public housing complex owned by the Vancouver Housing Authority (VHA). The extensive renovation of this 18-unit housing complex involves substantial site improvements including but not limited to the replacement of the main sewer and water lines and new landscaping; replacements of interior plumbing; exterior renovations including new siding and roofing; and extensive interior renovations to 16 units across 7 duplexes and two single-family residences.

FRUIT VALLEY COMMONS

Windsor Engineers provided plan review services for the City of Cannon Beach for a raised access roadway/bridge that provided access to a new home.

CANNON BEACH DEV. REVIEW NENANA AVENUE

Windsor Engineers provided site civil engineering services at the Glenwood Industrial Park development in Brush Prairie, Washington. Luong's Landscaping plans to build its headquarters in the new industrial park. Windsor provided support during the pre-application and land use phases and was the civil engineer for the design phase. The project includes parking, site access, water, sewer, stormwater, grading, and paving. Windsor teamed up with Ed Greer and Wyndham Enterprises for this project.

LUONG'S LANDSCAPING - INDUSTRIAL PARK

Windsor partnered with AWH Architects and Schuett Properties to renovate this 30-unit building in New York Mills, Minnesota that provides affordable housing to Otter Tail County. The design featured a new high efficiency boiler plant, a new high efficiency ventilation unit to provide fresh air to the corridors, replacement of plumbing fixtures, LED light fixtures, and added cooling to staff areas. This project met the Enterprise Green Communities criteria.

KALEVA APARTMENTS

Windsor provided mechanical and plumbing engineering for this hip new coffee shop tenant improvement. This coffee shop is located in East Lansing and is a frequent hot spot for Michigan State students looking to enjoy a cup of joe in a great atmosphere. Windsor assisted the owner, Foster Coffee, and Elevatus Architecture in designing this project.
