Windsor Engineers is currently developing a prioritized Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) that is intended to develop a strategy for how to provide water to citizens following a subduction zone earthquake. The project balances recommendations from their Water Master Plan and from a follow-up seismic study that was performed. Additionally, Windsor Engineers is developing recommendations for what to do with the Main Reservoir. It has significant seismic vulnerabilities. Rehabbing, replacing in place, and replacing at a new site are being considered.
